The only lobster recipe you'll need for a fancy night!
INGREDIENTS
2 Canadian lobsters (cut in half)
3 tablespoons of butter
2/3 cup of light cream
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 slices of cheese (cut half)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
¼ cup of flour
Dried parsley flakes
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat wok and add in butter, melt with medium heat
2. Add in garlic and bacon, stir fry lightly
3. Add in light cream, salt, and sugar and flour, continue to stir until sauce is of a good consistency
4. Preheat oven to 180 deg Celsius
5. Spread garlic butter sauce over lobster body evenly
6. Cut cheese slice into half and place over lobster meat
7. Bake the lobsters in the oven for 25 mins until cheese melts and turns light brown
8. Sprinkle parsley flakes over and serve
