A simple dish to whip up and impress your guests this weekend.
INGREDIENTS
1kg tiger prawns
5 chopped garlic cloves
½ cup of butter
1 tablespoon of grounded white pepper
1 tablespoon of grounded black pepper
1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 tablespoon of thyme
1 lime
½ tablespoon of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Devein prawns
2. Using a small bowl, add paprika, grounded black pepper, onion powder, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt and mix the dry spices
3. Preheat pan and add butter in to melt
4. Add in chopped garlic and stir lightly
5. Add in mixed dry spices that you’ve prepared earlier, and continue stirring
6. Add in prawns and cook until they turn red
7. Make sure that they are coated with the spices
8. Squeeze lime in before serving dish
