Light pink in colour, these lobsters are usually found in Western Australia. They survive in very cold waters, and therefore have very sweet meat compared to warm-water lobsters. We'd recommend sashimi or steam for this prized lobster or you can season it with olive oil, salt and pepper and grill it for 12 mins and it’s ready to be consumed!
